Volunteer Tickets

Lakes of Fire has been cancelled in 2021 (see our 2021 Cancellation General FAQ). This page has not been reviewed or updated to reflect our next in-person event, anticipated for 2022. Please check back closer to then. Thank you!

Volunteer ticket sales will begin on January 18, 2020.  Eligible volunteers from Lakes of Fire 2019 will receive an email containing an individual code and detailed purchase instructions.  Volunteer tickets must be purchased by February 22 (at 23:59:59 central time).  Please keep an eye on your inbox!

  • Qualifying volunteers from last year who wish to purchase a ticket MUST create an account at BurnerTickets.com and complete purchase during the initial registration window.
  • Volunteers should not register for the lottery or sign up with a group, as your ticket is purchased separately.
  • Individuals who qualify for a volunteer ticket will be notified at the email address provided to the volunteer team last year.
  • Please check your spam folder if you don’t see an email.

The LOF Volunteer Dream Team (VDT) is working hard to provide efficient and effective help to our volunteers especially during the busy volunteer ticketing period.

ALL volunteer ticket access inquiries must be submitted through this Volunteer Ticket Inquiry Form.

The Volunteer Dream Team (aka Volunteer Coordination) will NOT respond to volunteer ticket inquiries unless it is submitted through this form. We will do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve the question/issue at hand! You will be contacted by the VDT via email for inquiry resolution.

8+ hours of recorded volunteerism in 2019 qualifies you for access to a full-price ticket for 2020
16+ hours of recorded volunteerism in 2019 qualifies you for access to a discount-price ticket for 2020
