October 27th, 2023

• • Effigy Phase 1 (Napkin Sketch) stops accepting applications. Read more about sending in a napkin sketch.

January 22, 2024

• • Art Grant Committee Applications are now open. You can read the January Lakes Letter for more details.

February 6, 2024

• • DEADLINE EXTENDED! Art Grant Applications are now open until Feb. 24, 2024 at 11:59pm. You can get more details on the Art Grant’s page.

February 28, 2024

• • Directed Theme Camp Ticket applications (DEADLINE EXTENDED) are now open until March 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm CST

• • Need Based Ticket applications are now closed.
  • Jury Application for Directed Theme Camps is now closed.
  • Temple Submissions are open until March 31, 2024 11:59 pm CST
  • Volunteer Ticket Offers will go out starting March 15, 2024.  Make sure you check your volunteer hours before March 14, 2024 for accuracy. 
  • General Lottery offers will start going out on April 20, 2024 and will continue until all tickets are accounted for. 

March 9, 2024 

• • 2024 Logo Submissions are due to swag@lakesoffire.org by April 1, 2024 at 11:59 CST

April 1, 2024

• • 2024 Placement Form is open April 1, 2024 through May 1, 2024 at 11:59 CST.  This form is for more than just theme camps. Folks who need placement due to health or disability, or because they have funded art, or they have a honking big RV are all encouraged to use this form. 

May 14, 2024

• • Art Registration form is open until May 15, 2024 11:59 CST

  • Mobility & Handjob Assistance Application is open until July 11, 2024 11:59 CST

June 18, 2024

• • Flame Effect Registration– Open until June 30, 2024 11:59pm

• • Fire Artists and Conclave Performers Registration-Open until July 10, 2024 11:59 pm 
  • Wee Effigy & Other Small Effigy Application-Open until July 10, 2024 11:59 pm
