Mobility Survey

As a participant who may experience Mobility Challenges, affectionately referred to as MCs, your perspective is essential to us. We are committed to enhancing accessibility at our burn and would like to gather your feedback on our current initiatives.

Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. Your honest responses will help us identify areas for improvement and develop new accessibility options.

Post Event Survey

Did you have a good time at Lakes of Fire? Maybe you found a few things that could be done better next year, or perhaps you have a long list of ideas. Whatever is on your mind, we want to hear about it!

The Post Event Survey is a way for all departments that help run Lakes of Fire to know what went well and perhaps what didn’t. It’s only better next year if we get your feedback.

Did You Moop Something?

Did you get home from the Imaginarium Aquarium and realize that you lost your favorite thing? Perhaps it made its way to the bin of lost things with Info_Bot and you still have an opportunity to get it back. The bots have cataloged all the strange and wonderful treasures that have been left behind, and you can take a look to see if your thing made its way to bins in these photos.

If you see something that is yours the best way to get your things back is to email info@lakesoffire.org with a screenshot or description of your item and your mailing address. Lost things will be sent back home once a week, as the post office doesn’t like when the bots desend upon them more often. Once the cost has been calculated an email will go out to let you know the total cost of shipping.

If you are local to Ypsilanti, MI then porch pickup at our lovely facility, aka one of the lead bots homes, is available.

Storage space is limited in our facility so items will only be held until December unless other arrangements are made.

Due to regulations and such please know we can not mail back tobacco, lighters, or vapes of any kind. So we feed those to the local dumpster monster. He does appreciate the fun gifts.

If perhaps you shipping seems unnecessary, the bots will happily wash and donate the item for you.
